Upload only images you have the right to use (i.e., you must own the copyright or have permission).

1.3. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images you upload, but by using the Service, you grant us a license to process and convert your files for the purpose of providing the Service. You may download your converted SVG files, and all rights to those files remain with you unless otherwise agreed.

1.4. Image retention and deletion

Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour after the conversion process is completed. We do not store images beyond this time, ensuring that your content is not retained longer than necessary.

1.5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the converted files. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

1.6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct.
